Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £14.55 – £15.30 per hour + holiday pay
Working Pattern: Fully on-site

About the Role
Môrwell Talent Solutions is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy Finance team based in Nantgarw. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional looking for an immediate start within a fast-paced and supportive environment, with the potential to secure a permanent position.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the purchase ledger function while supporting the wider Finance Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing supplier accounts by processing invoices accurately and reconciling supplier statements
- Opening and maintaining new supplier accounts
- Reviewing the Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) report
- Processing employee expense claims
- Checking the database for defective material reports and debiting suppliers accordingly
- Managing finance queries and liaising with internal departments and suppliers to resolve issues promptly
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as required
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable position
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to manage workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience using finance systems/accounting software would be advantageous
